Nuclear deal between South Africa and Russia

There has been much talk about South Africa's intention to build 9.6 GWe of new nuclear powered plants. Another agreement with the Russians was signed on Monday the 22nd September on the sidelines of the 58th IAE General Conference in Vienna.
